We bring the whole experience to you: the cart, a trained barista, the gelato, the coffee and everything needed to serve. You do not rent equipment, scoop anything or clean up afterwards.
Hosts book us for milestone birthdays, graduation parties, college and university events, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, gender reveals, bachelorette and bachelor parties, open houses, apartment complex events and holiday get-togethers.
Every guest picks what they want: a hot espresso-style coffee, an iced coffee or iced latte, gelato in the flavours you choose, our signature Love Affogato, or an alcohol-free mocktail from the Beverage Bar. Gelato for the kids, affogato for the grown-ups, and coffee for whoever is hosting.
The cart works in a living room, on a covered patio or at a rented venue. It needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of flat space and no power at all.

Add the Beverage Bar for still and sparkling waters, sodas, juices and signature alcohol-free mocktails such as the Spritz Analcolico, Sunset Italiano, Limonata Viola and Fragola Fizz. Bundled with a catering package it starts at $3.50 per guest.
The birthday person, the graduate, the couple, the host: whoever the day is for gets served at their table, not at the cart. Their affogato or coffee, depending on the package, arrives on a tray, in a real china cup or a tall glass with a gold straw, with the menu card alongside.
It costs nothing extra. It is simply how we do it.
The cups can carry a personal celebration design for the guest of honour, and the cart’s side panel can be personalized to match, so the cart itself becomes part of the decor. It is a small touch that shows up in every photo.
Cup personalization is a flat $100 and cart personalization a flat $300, whatever your guest count. Choose it in the booking calculator at least 10 days before the party.

A 50% deposit holds your date, or pay in full. The balance is due 30 days before the event.

The minimum charge covers 30 guests, with two hours of service built in. Smaller parties are very welcome at that minimum, and there is no time limit: we stay as long as your party runs, with extra hours added at a flat hourly rate shown in your quote. Children under 3 are always free.
Yes. We need a flat surface of about 8 ft by 4 ft, plus room for the barista and a small queue. The cart runs on its own battery system, so it needs no outlets, cords or generators.
We need sheltered space, whatever the weather: a tent, pergola, gazebo or covered patio provided by you or your venue. The cart cannot be exposed to direct sun or rain. If daytime temperatures are expected above 85°F, we may be unable to serve outdoors, and an indoor or fully shaded setup solves it.
Always. Gelato on its own in the flavours you choose, the Beverage Bar’s alcohol-free mocktails, juices and sodas, a coffee-free Strawberry Cream, and decaf as an upgrade for the full affogato experience without the caffeine.
Yes. Graduation parties at home, and college and university events, open houses and apartment community events at a venue, are all bookable in the calculator with their own event type. The cart needs no power, so it works in a courtyard under cover, a clubhouse or a lobby.
Yes. We offer dairy-free sorbets, oat, soy and cashew milks, naturally gluten-free gelato and coffee, and trained cross-contamination protocols. Note any allergy in the calculator and we will confirm it with you personally.
Build your quote in the calculator, see your exact price and reserve online. A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 30 days before the party (parties within 30 days are paid in full), or you can pay in full at booking. Major holiday dates are reserved with payment in full.
Full refund with 30 or more days of notice, and a 50% refund between 14 and 30 days. Date changes are accommodated where possible, free with at least 30 days of notice.
