It needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of floor space and nothing else: no outlets, no water hookup, no facilities request, no generator. We set up quietly before service and break everything down afterwards. We have served corporate days at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and model-home open houses for a builder in Montverde.
The menu: a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, iced lattes in flavours like classic, salted caramel and dark chocolate, alternative milks and decaf. Lattes are iced only. Add gelato or the Love Affogato and the coffee break becomes the afternoon.
Everything is priced per guest and itemised before you commit, which makes the approval email a one-liner. A certificate of insurance naming your building or venue is free and sent within 24 hours.
Every package is priced per guest, and you see your exact price as you build it. Coffee packages include a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with alternative milks and decaf available. Gelato packages let you add a second flavour, from classics like dark chocolate and strawberry to premium choices like pistachio and salted caramel.

The cart’s side panel can carry your logo and the cups can match, so every coffee handed to a client or a colleague is branded. Upload the logo in the booking calculator and we handle the rest.
Cup personalization is a flat $100 and cart personalization a flat $300, whatever your headcount. Choose it in the calculator at least 10 days before the day.

Yes. It needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of flat floor and room for a short queue, and it runs on its own battery system, so there is nothing to plug in and no facilities request. A certificate of insurance naming your building is free and sent within 24 hours.
The calculator sizes the service to your headcount and your hours; two hours are built into the per-guest price and extra hours are added at a flat hourly rate. For a large office the calculator will tell you how many hours are needed so everyone is served.
Booking is online with a card, a 50% deposit or payment in full, and you receive an itemised receipt for expenses. If your company needs an invoice first, reply to your quote email and we will send one.
Dates within three days are not booked online, but call or text us: we check the team, the fresh gelato and the drive, and confirm in minutes. Our number is on the Contact page.
