We're happy to cater smaller events, but 30 guests is our minimum charge — events with fewer guests will be billed at the 30-guest minimum.

Little ones under 3 are always on the house — don't include them in your guest count. We'll happily serve them at no charge.

Different headcounts for coffee and gelato? Say, coffee for all 120 guests but gelato for 60 — text or email us and we'll build you a custom quote.

Capturing our work is how we share what we do and grow as a small business. With your permission, we'd love to photograph and film our station at your event.

We photograph only our own cart and service — never the rest of your event. Any adult who may appear in our footage will be asked for their individual permission first, and we never photograph, film, or share images of children — adults only, always.

    Cancellation & Payment Policy

    At The Affogato Cart, our goal is to create unforgettable experiences and lasting memories for every event we are part of. To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to review our cancellation and payment policies before reserving a date. We believe in being clear, fair, and upfront with our customers so expectations are understood from the beginning.

    Payment schedule

    • A 30% deposit is required at booking to secure your date (or 50% for holiday dates).
    • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
    • You may also choose to pay 100% upfront at booking.
    • Events with unpaid balances after the 14-day deadline may be cancelled automatically.

    Cancellation & refunds

    If you need to cancel, our refund policy is based on how far in advance you let us know:

    • 30 days or more before the event: you receive a full refund of anything you've paid.
    • Between 14 and 30 days before the event: you receive a 50% refund.
    • Less than 14 days before the event: the full amount is due, as ingredients, staffing, and logistics have already been committed.
