A mobile coffee cart that arrives staffed and styled, runs on its own battery system, and serves hot espresso-style coffee and iced lattes to every guest. Weddings, corporate events, showers and parties, anywhere in Florida, with your exact price in about a minute.
This is not a cart you pick up and staff yourself. Every booking comes with a trained barista for your whole service window, all the serving equipment, premium ingredients, cups and spoons, and setup and breakdown. You choose the package and the extras in the booking calculator, and the cart is simply there, running, when your guests arrive.
The coffee is a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with iced lattes in flavours like classic, salted caramel and dark chocolate, alternative milks and decaf. Lattes are iced only, we don’t serve hot or steamed milk. A ServSafe®-certified manager is at every event.
It needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of flat space and nothing else: no outlets, cords or generators, which is why it works as well in a ballroom or an office lobby as in a backyard. Outdoors it sits under a tent, pergola or covered patio.
Because it is The Affogato Cart, the same cart can serve gelato and our signature Love Affogato alongside the coffee, so one booking can cover both the coffee and the dessert for your guests.
Every package is priced per guest, and you see your exact price as you build it. Coffee packages include a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with alternative milks and decaf available. Gelato packages let you add a second flavour, from classics like dark chocolate and strawberry to premium choices like pistachio and salted caramel.

For a company event the cart’s side panel can carry your logo and the cups can match, so every coffee served is branded. For a wedding or a party, it is the couple’s names or the celebration on the cups instead.
Cup personalization is a flat $100 and cart personalization a flat $300, whatever your guest count. Choose it in the booking calculator at least 10 days before the event.
You also pick how the team dresses, formal or casual, so the cart matches the tone of the day.

The Coffee Bar package starts at $8 per guest, with a minimum charge that covers 30 guests and two hours of service. Extra hours, personalization, the Beverage Bar and any travel fee are itemised in the booking calculator before you commit, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Always. A trained barista serves for your whole service window and a ServSafe®-certified manager is at every event. There is nothing for you or your guests to operate.

The minimum charge covers 30 guests with two hours of service built in, and there is no time limit: extra hours are added at a flat hourly rate shown in your quote. Children under 3 are free.
Build your quote in the calculator and reserve online. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due 30 days before the event; inside 30 days, and on major holidays, bookings are paid in full.
