Dr. Phillips is 8 miles from our base, one of the closest areas we serve, and a weekday office event on Sand Lake Road is as easy as a Saturday party in Bay Hill. A coffee cart and gelato cart that needs no power, with no travel fee.
Dr. Phillips is about 10 minutes from us, so even a short-notice weekday event is easy to reach; a quick call confirms dates inside three days.
We serve Bay Hill, Phillips Landing, Dellagio and the homes along the Butler Chain, plus the offices and venues on Sand Lake Road’s Restaurant Row and the Dr. Phillips Boulevard corridor.
For an office or a client event the cart sets up in a lobby or a conference room in about 8 ft by 4 ft with no outlet: hot espresso-style coffee and iced lattes for everyone, and gelato for the afternoon. For a Bay Hill backyard it is the Affogato Bar under the lanai.
Everything is itemised in the calculator with your Dr. Phillips ZIP code, and there is nothing extra for travel.
Four packages priced per guest. In Dr. Phillips the Coffee Bar is the office favourite and the Affogato Bar the party favourite; the Beverage Bar adds mocktails and sodas to either.

Yes. The cart needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of floor space and no outlet or hookup, so a lobby, break-out area or conference room works. We set up quietly before service and break down afterwards.
Dates within three days are not booked online, but call or text us: we check the team, the fresh gelato and the drive, and confirm in minutes. Our number is on the Contact page.
A hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with iced lattes in flavours like classic, salted caramel and dark chocolate, oat, soy and cashew milks, and decaf. Lattes are iced only; we don’t serve hot or steamed milk.
