A graduation party gathers three generations in one backyard: the graduate and their friends, parents and their friends, grandparents, teachers and neighbours. The cart has something for each of them. Gelato for the younger crowd, a hot espresso-style coffee or an iced latte for the parents who have been hosting since morning, and the Love Affogato for the graduate and anyone who wants the full experience.
Each serving is made in front of the guest: a scoop of cold vanilla gelato, espresso-style coffee poured over the top, and a heart drawn in the cup. It gives people a reason to gather around the cart, talk and linger, which is what a graduation party is for.
We serve high-school and college graduation parties at home, backyard and clubhouse celebrations, and school, college and university events at a venue. The booking calculator has a Graduation Party event type, so your quote is ready in about a minute.
Graduation season is short. Parties in May and June, and again in December, cluster on the same few weekends, and a date is held only once a deposit is placed. If you have a date in mind, the calculator shows live availability and lets you reserve it on the spot.

Every package is priced per guest, and you see your exact price as you build it. Coffee packages include a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with alternative milks and decaf available. Gelato packages let you add a second flavour, from classics like dark chocolate and strawberry to premium choices like pistachio, salted caramel and passion fruit. Add the Beverage Bar to any package for still and sparkling waters, sodas, juices and signature alcohol-free mocktails such as the Spritz Analcolico, Sunset Italiano, Limonata Viola and Fragola Fizz, so there is a celebration drink for guests of every age. Bundled with a catering package it starts at $3.50 per guest.
While guests are served at the cart, the graduate is served at their table. Their affogato or coffee, depending on the package, arrives on a tray, in a real china cup or a tall glass with a gold straw, with the menu card alongside.
It costs nothing extra. It is simply how we do it, and it is a photo the family will keep.
The cups can carry a personal celebration design for the graduate, with their name, the year or the school, and the cart’s side panel can be personalized to match, so the cart itself becomes part of the decor and shows up in every photo.
Cup personalization is a flat $100 and cart personalization a flat $300, whatever your guest count. Choose it in the booking calculator at least 10 days before the party.

As early as you can. May, June and December weekends fill with graduation parties, and a date is held only once a deposit is placed. See live availability and reserve in the booking calculator. Personalized cups or a personalized cart panel need at least 10 days of lead time.
The minimum charge covers 30 guests, with two hours of service built in. Smaller parties are welcome at that minimum, and there is no time limit: we stay as long as your party runs, with extra hours added at a flat hourly rate shown in your quote. Children under 3 are always free.
Yes. We need a flat surface of about 8 ft by 4 ft, plus room for the barista and a short queue, and no power at all. Outdoors, the cart must be under shelter, such as a tent, pergola or covered patio, because gelato and coffee equipment cannot sit in direct sun or rain. If temperatures are expected above 85°F, we may be unable to serve outdoors, and a garage, lanai or indoor spot solves it.
Gelato on its own in the flavours you choose, the Beverage Bar’s alcohol-free mocktails, juices and sodas, a coffee-free Strawberry Cream, and decaf as an upgrade for the full affogato experience without the caffeine.

Yes. Graduation parties at home, and school, college and university celebrations at a venue, are all bookable in the calculator. We are licensed and insured, and we can send your venue a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, free, within 24 hours.

Dates within three days are not booked online. We would love to make it happen, but we need to check personally that our team is free, that the gelato can be made fresh in time and that the cart can reach you, so a quick call or text confirms everything in minutes.
