Coffee Truck Alternative
A coffee truck needs a parking spot, clearance, a generator and a way for guests to find it. Our coffee cart rolls into the ballroom, the office lobby or the backyard, runs on its own battery system, and serves hot espresso-style coffee and iced lattes to every guest with a trained barista, in Orlando and anywhere in Florida.
The reason people look for a coffee truck is simple: they want good coffee served to their guests, where the guests are. A truck can only do that from the street or the parking lot. The cart does it from inside the room.
It needs about 8 ft by 4 ft of flat space and room for a short queue, and nothing else. No outlets, cords or generators, no engine noise or fumes next to your guests, no loading zone to clear with the venue. We set up quietly before service and break everything down afterwards.
The menu is what a good coffee truck would serve, done properly: a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, iced lattes such as classic, salted caramel and dark chocolate, alternative milks and decaf. Lattes are iced only, we don’t serve hot or steamed milk.
And because it is The Affogato Cart, the same cart can serve gelato and our signature Love Affogato alongside the coffee, which no coffee truck offers.
Every package is priced per guest, and you see your exact price as you build it. Gelato packages let you add a second flavour, from classics like dark chocolate and strawberry to premium choices like pistachio and salted caramel. Coffee packages include a hot espresso-style coffee and an iced coffee for every guest, with alternative milks and decaf available.

Add the Beverage Bar to any package for still water, club soda, sodas, juices and signature alcohol-free mocktails such as the Spritz Analcolico, Sunset Italiano, Limonata Viola and Fragola Fizz. Bundled with a catering package it starts at $3.50 per guest.
For a company event the cart’s side panel can carry your logo and the cups can match, so every coffee served is branded. For a wedding or a party, it is the couple’s names or the celebration on the cups instead.
Cup personalization is a flat $100 and cart personalization a flat $300, whatever your guest count. Choose it in the booking calculator at least 10 days before the event.

Yes, under shelter: a tent, pergola or covered patio, whatever the forecast, because gelato and coffee equipment cannot sit in direct sun or rain. If temperatures are expected above 85°F we may be unable to serve outdoors at all, and a garage, lanai or indoor spot solves it. The cart runs on its own battery system, so it needs no power wherever it goes.
Dates within three days are not booked online. We would love to make it happen, but we need to check personally that our team is free, that the gelato can be made fresh in time and that the cart can reach you, so a quick call or text confirms everything in minutes.
