Coffee Cart in Winter Park
Winter Park is 6 miles from our Orlando base, so the coffee cart arrives with no travel fee: iced lattes with gold straws for a Park Avenue brunch, hot espresso-style coffee after a lakeside dinner, and gelato and the Love Affogato for everyone in between.
Winter Park is about 14 minutes from us, well inside the free travel radius, and it suits the cart’s quieter side: garden parties, bridal brunches and the kind of reception where guests linger on a terrace.
We serve the Park Avenue and Rollins College area, Hannibal Square, the Chain of Lakes homes on Lake Osceola, Lake Virginia and Lake Maitland, and the venues along Orange and Aloma Avenues. Historic homes rarely have a spare outlet on the porch, which is why the cart runs on its own battery.
For a Winter Park brunch the Coffee Bar is the natural fit: a hot espresso-style coffee and iced lattes in flavours like salted caramel and dark chocolate. For an evening, the Affogato Bar, made fresh in front of each guest.
Build your quote with your Winter Park ZIP code and the calculator prices the date instantly, travel included (there isn’t any).

Priced per guest, live in the calculator. For Winter Park brunches and showers hosts usually pair the Coffee Bar with the Beverage Bar; for evening receptions the Affogato Bar is the favourite.
Coffee Bar from $8 · Gelato Bar from $8 · Affogato Bar from $10 · All-Inclusive from $18 per guest. Full menus on Services.

As a wedding planner, I work with a lot of vendors, and The Affogato Cart was one of the most unique and memorable dessert experiences I’ve seen at a wedding. They were an absolute hit with guests from the moment they opened.Jennifer B. · Wedding planner · Google review

No. Winter Park is 6 miles and about 14 minutes from our Orlando base, inside the 20 free miles.
Yes. The cart runs on its own battery system, so a porch, garden, garage or living room works with no outlet and no generator, which matters in older Winter Park homes.
Under shelter, yes: a tent, pergola or covered patio, whatever the forecast, because gelato and coffee equipment cannot sit in direct sun or rain. Above 85°F we may be unable to serve outdoors at all; a garage, lanai or indoor spot solves it.
The minimum charge covers 30 guests with two hours of service built in, and there is no time limit: extra hours are added at a flat hourly rate shown in your quote. Children under 3 are free.
