Halloween Trick-or-Treat Night

Looking for a daytime event on October 31? Those book on the regular booking page — request-only, confirmed personally within 24 hours.

Be the house every kid on the street remembers. We park the cart at your door and hand every trick-or-treater a mini cup of gelato in the flavour you choose — fresh, scooped in front of them, one after another, all night long. You get the best-house-on-the-block reputation for $1 a serving.

How the night works

    One flavour, your choice. Pick any flavour from our menu — classics like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, a dairy-free sorbet, or our seasonal pumpkin spice (available all October). Just one, so the line keeps moving. Served in 1 oz mini paper cups with a tiny spoon — the perfect size for a kid who still has forty houses to go.

    $1 per serving, 500-serving minimum. This is built for the busy streets — the ones with lines of families all night. If fewer than 500 trick-or-treaters come to your door, this isn't the right fit, and we'll say so honestly.

    Four hours included, 5 to 9 PM. That covers the whole night — the early families with little ones at 5:30, the big wave at 6:30 to 8, and the stragglers. Want us earlier or later? Extra hours are a flat $100 each.

    Travel from your ZIP code. Our base is in downtown Orlando and we serve the whole state of Florida. The first 20 miles from our base are free; after that, the same travel fee as every event we do.

    One street, one night. There's only one cart and one Halloween, so we can be at a single home that evening. Price it below, tell us a little about your street, and we reply personally within 24 hours.

What if more kids show up than I expected?

We bring enough gelato for the number you give us plus about 10% extra, so a slightly busier night is covered. If your street turns out much busier than that, we serve until it's gone — so estimate generously.

What if fewer people than expected come?

Then you're the lucky one. The gelato was made for your night, so whatever is left goes home with you — packed up for your freezer. Not a bad way to end Halloween.

Which flavour should I pick?

Whichever you like — it's your night. Our seasonal pumpkin spice is available and photographs beautifully next to the costumes, but a crowd-pleaser like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry is a safe bet with little ones, and a dairy-free sorbet works for everyone. Any one flavour from our menu, at the same price. One flavour only, because with a hundred kids in costumes waiting, speed is everything.

Where do you set up?

Wherever you'd like us — driveway, front yard, porch, wherever the kids come to. Two things we need from you: a flat spot for the cart, and shelter from rain if the weather turns — a covered porch, garage or carport works perfectly. We don't bring a tent, so the rain plan has to be yours.

What about a Halloween daytime event?

Daytime parties on October 31 — schools, offices, neighborhood get-togethers — book through our regular booking page with the full menu and normal pricing. Because the cart heads out for trick-or-treat night that evening, daytime bookings on the 31st are request-only: you'll see your exact price, send us a booking request, and we confirm personally within 24 hours.

How is this paid?

Once we confirm your night, you'll get a link to pay in full — Halloween is a full-payment date. Nothing is charged from this page.
